Baxter's Eagle Project Take 2

Over the last week Baxter and a lot of help have been spending a lot of time down to the church.

Everyone learned a few new skills

Got to love Brielle she is all me out there with high heel flip flops doing cement work.

Our new Arrival

Meet are new friends, We have had 4 chicks hatch with a few more ready to hatch. The all yellow one is our first arrival.

One is still a little damp from his arrival in the night.

For are first time trying to hatch eggs it has been a great experience and amazing thing to watch. Our kids and I are glued to the incubator watching for the eggs next moves.

Bristol has gotten down the word chick and points at them all day saying chick chick chick.

Baxter's Eagle Project Part 1

Yesterday was a day Baxter has been waiting for about a year or longer. Over a year ago Baxter did his fund raiser for his eagle project. He earned 1300 dollars from a Yard Sale he did. He went in front of the Eagle board to have his project approved. At that time he was going to clean and repaint all the county garbage cans about 300 hundred of them. When he went in front of the board they turned his project down and called it maintenance for the county. It caused quite the up rour around our little town and people were very upset they turned him down. So that being said it took a lot of wind out of him and Jason and I. It took Baxter some time to regroup and come up with another project. This time he went in front of the board with a new idea. Behind our chapel they are putting in a new little park that the church owns. He proposed to build a fire pit and bench. He was approved right around Thanksgiving. And the brainstorming begin.

A few weeks ago he put a big cement pipe in were the fire pit was going to be. And yesterday the fun begin.

Baxter went to a place in Vegas for all the block and they gave him a great deal. It was a heavy load. They could not fit it all in our trailer and truck, So our Bishop that works right by the place filled his truck up to.

Baxter started at about noon yesterday and had a ton of help show up threw out the day.

Those blocks are so heavy 80 pounds a piece.

Baxter had a bunch of his friends there, Along with a lot of people in our ward.

How to make a Felt Rosette

I had a lot of people wondering how I make these Rosette's. They are super easy. You do not need to be crafty at all. If you can cut you can make one of these.

I start off with a piece of felt. You can buy felt by the yard and it is super cheap. I buy it by the square's mostly because we live in a small town and it is my only option. I take a cup or bowl depending on the size of rosette I am making.

I almost always use this orange cup. I use the top side of it. But I used the bowl this time to make a little bigger one.

Use a white crayon or you can use chalk and draw a circle.

Cut out the circle. Next cut the circle in a spiral. It does not need to be a perfect spiral. It will add charterer to it if it is not perfect.

Start in the middle of the spiral and begin rolling. In the middle you want to wrap it really tight.

after wrapping just a little. Put a dab of glue on it and keep rolling. I put a dab of glue every 6 inch or so to hold it. I only use a small glue gun. I do not like the big ones. You only need a Little glue or it will make a huge mess.

until you get to the end. and make sure you glue the end.

I take some scissors and cut any pieces that look out of place or to long. Don't worry you can mess it up.

I take a small piece of felt and put some glue on it.

and glue it to the back of the rosette

Then I take a alligator clip and line it with ribbon

I only put ribbon on the top of the clip. Because if there is ribbon on the bottom of the clip it does not hold hair very well. Then I glue it on the back of the Rosette.

all finished, This one I added a little Pearl in the middle.

Super easy, I making a bunch right now for a little Valentines project I'm making. I will share when it is finished. Hopefully this answers your question's. Let me know if you have any question's.

During Christmas Break

During Christmas break we had a few fun outing's. This day we went down to Echo Bay to feed the fish. Our kids love to go.

There is always a ton of ducks and seagulls fighting for the food.

Our Christmas

We had a great Christmas. Jason was off for 8 days during our Christmas break so it was nice to have so much time together. Last year we spent Christmas at the Fire station so it was nice to be home this time. Our Christmas begin on the 23rd. We spent the morning getting the house all clean and ready.

Bridger cleaned the fireplace out. And Jason and I prepared a scavenger hunt for the kids. They had about 8 different clues and ran around the neighborhood looking for there prize.

They had a lot of fun.

They hit the jackpot in the back of our truck and it was a new trampoline. Our other one was shot and to replace what needed to be replaced it was more then buying a new one. So we found a new one. It was fun to do it a few days before Christmas.

Bristol just loves it.

and the boys and there friends have not been off of it.

Christmas eve we made a nice dinner, watched a few Christmas movies, Read the story of Jesus in the Bible and Book of Mormon and the kids opened there new pjs a Christmas tradition.

I made the girls nightgowns this year.

Christmas morning the kids woke at 6 am. They snuck down the stairs.

We had church in a few hours and only let them open one gift.

It killed them.

We made a good pancake and bacon breakfast, and headed to church.

After Church it was time to open presents. It was so nice to go to church on Christmas.

Bristol was so cute and excited but only made it threw a few presents and needed a nap. So her presents got saved for later.

and the best picture of all is when Brielle open her DS she has been asking for 2years. She was so shocked.

It was a great Christmas, Baxter got a egg incubator and is now incubating some chicken eggs. Bridger got a power drill and a tool box, Boston got his own cell phone and has not gotten off of it. If you text him, beware he will text you back 100 times. Brielle go a easy bake oven she has been baking things up. Bristol got a wagon and has been loving it. Now time to clean all the Christmas mess up. It always feels so good to take it all down. Hope everyone had a great Christmas.

A little of our week

Wow, what a week. I'm sure glad it is over. I love how every Christmas thing gets crammed in to one week. Our kids have had a ton going on this week. So have I.

Baxter and Bridger had there Christmas band concert. They both did a great job. Bridger is doing really good for his first year playing the clarinet. He is in beginning band.

Baxter is in Jazz band and symphonic band. He really pretty good on his Sax. All those early morning are paying off.

Brielle did not have a Christmas recital but she had a night this week the parents could come watch. I put her in with a new teacher this year and I'm so impressed with her. Brielle loves it. I could not find her ballet shoes this night. I had them the other night at our ward Christmas party were she did a little dance. But now I can't find them.That is why she is bare foot. She did a really good job.

Bridger did a skit in the talent show also this week. He did a skit called a Hobo on the lawn with 4 of his friends. They were pretty funny.

Saturday Brielle cheered for two football games. She is so cute and a pretty good cheerleader. I was busy with a funeral so Jason took her. He was a pretty proud Cheer dad.

Well I'm glad this week is over. It was a lot of fun and a lot of work. Boston had a fun Christmas party too. I was in charge of it so I did not get any picture's. But he had a lot of fun. Can you believe there is only one week until Christmas. This month has flown by. I still have a ton of wrapping to do. And a few thing to buy. But I'm super close to being ready. Bridger was awarded student of the month this month. He got to have a lunch with all the teacher's. He got it for being kind to others.

Bridger is such a great kid. He always is playing so good with his sister's. He does not care what anyone thinks of him. He is always building or making things. He is crazy and not scared of anything. We love you Bridger great job.

Thank you all for such nice and encouraging words with my new calling they were very sweet and meant a lot to me.

it is me Bristol. I decided I would take my mom's blog over again. Anything I can do to help out and maybe get off the naughty list, I will do. You see things have been pretty crazy around here lately. You know it is Christmas time and my mom well you see she has been really busy. Something I've heard a lot is she is being Baptised by fire. I guess 5 days in to her new calling she had a lady pass away in our ward and now she is trying to do her first funeral among other things. My dad has been really helping out a lot. He has been cleaning, cooking, doing the laundry, and taking all the RS table clothes to work and washing them for my mom. He has been great.

Well back to me because this post is all about me.

You see some how, I have found myself on the naughty list.

I don't know how, I'm so sweet and cute and who could resit my smile.

Apparently, I might have not been as good as last year. See last year all I did was sleep and eat. I loved laying under the Christmas tree. And this year well my mom has put up 6 different trees and lots of other Christmas decor. I've been very curious about how pretty and shiny they are. I decided I would pull all 6 of them over, I only wanted to take them with me I meant them no harm. When my mom tipped them back up I decided that they just looked to pretty and I undecorated all the bottoms of all the tree's and I was still board so why not take the lights too. I've heard my mom say that I'm a angel. I think all the tree's look so much better now that there are no ornaments at the bottom and only half the lights on them now. But my mom well she is not so sure. Maybe I should of taken more naps under the tree instead of trying to take them with me. And did I mention I now have 12 teeth, Yes I love to bite and maybe that's why I'm getting in trouble.

You see also my big sister Brielle well she looks like a angel, but she has been checking every day on the computer if we are on the naughty or nice list. She has been coming up a lot on the naughty list too. She has really been helping my mom. She helped her mail out all the Christmas cards and make and deliver all the Christmas plates to Friends and Neighbors. She is finally off the naughty list. I'm going to keep trying to get off of it even if i pull the tree's over a few more times. I'm sure my smile will win in the end.

Well this week is almost over and my brother's are going to be out of school for a long time. We have a lot going on this week, a few band concerts, a few Christmas party's, a few dance performances and many other things. Stay tuned for more Christmas fun.

P.S. I meet Santa the other night, I might of not left the best impression on him. I was a little scared of him and I screamed pretty loud.

Well I never saw this coming

Ready or not here it comes. Well a few weeks ago Jason received a call from our Bishop he asked if he could bring me down to his office. I thought I was the safe one. To turn out it was for me. I received a new calling and needed to do some praying about it. My Bishop was going to be out of town for a couple of weeks so I was not to say anything. Today came and it was time to receive my new calling. I was set apart today to be the new Relief Society President in our ward. Yes I'm a little stressed ,scared you name it. Never in a million years would I ever think this would happen. I'm excited and I hope and pray I can do a good job. I think the shock is starting to wear off. And after today at church I have a whole list of things to do. I feel like I am blessed with the counselor and sectary I picked. People were so nice today and gave me so many very encouraging words. I received a wonderful blessing from my Bishop when he set me apart and I'm feeling a little less stressed. Any advice, condolences, or help and love would be appreciated.

It Friday

Well it is Friday, It is my favorite day of the week. Mostly because the weekend is starting.

I just wanted to tell a little story about Brielle. She is the funnest little kid and way to smart for her own good. She will run out to the car as fast as she can and jump in the front seat and lock the door. When her brothers come out to get in the front seat she will just stick her tough out at them and say you should of been faster.

She has a quick wit and always is cracking me up. Last night she went outside to see if the wind had stopped blowing. She came in and said it has quick blowing. Bridger went out to check and he came in and said Brielle you are wrong it is blowing still. Brielle being Brielle got mad She ran over knocked Bridger down and said I am right you are wrong. I got her away from him and told Brielle calm down it is your turn to pray tonight. So Brielle started saying her sweet little prayer like she always says. Then at the end she says. And please Heavenly Father Put Bridger on the naughty list.

Oh the love of a four year old.

Oh and another thing she prays for every night is please help my dad grow hair because he is bald.

Every year I buy these little Event calenders for my kids. They love them they have chocolate in them and they can open up a door each day in Dec. I bought them this year at Lin's but I know Harmon's always have them. They are like a dollar. Our kids have been looking forward to them for weeks and they finally got to open the first one yesterday.

Well I have a big weekend a head. Jason and Bridger are leaving today for a 11 year old scout camp and Baxter is leaving on a camp out to go get Christmas trees for people in our ward. So it will be just me and the 3 little ones. I'm going to make my little girls some night gowns for Christmas and sew a few skirts for my sisters girls. It should be a eventful weekend. I have had a lot on my mind these past few weeks. I have some big changes coming very soon. They scare me. They are good changes real good. They just scare me. They had my mind very occupied. Thanksgiving weekend

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. We did. We honestly all have been sick, We have had a horrible cold and we almost did not go anywhere for Thanksgiving. Wednesday we loaded up on medicine and decided we would try. We headed up to Utah to my mom's. I hardly got any pictures because I was not feeling good at all. But I got a few.

Here is Baxter and Bridger helping Grandma at 600 in the morning breaking bread for the stuffing. They were still not to awake.

Some of the family. Yes this is all the picture's I got. But we did do a lot of visiting while we were up there and had some fun.

Then Thursday night Jason and I decided we would brave Walmart. We got there at 900 pm and the sale started at 1000pm. It was a nightmare. We went for one thing and did not get it. There was a mean lady in the trampoline area and it ruined the hole night. In the future we decided we might go make fun of people on black Friday but never try to shop then. It worth paying a little more for your sanity.

Bridger and Boston and Brielle have been building there own fort. They have done it all by themselves. They had fun working on it this weekend.

Brielle is a little scary up on top of it with a hammer and high heels.

They have been having lots of fun. Bridger has asked for Christmas for his own power drill. He is pretty funny.

Baxter had fun playing with the ducks.

and Bristol had fun chasing the chickens.

Jason and Baxter hung a new light above our stairs. It had a awesome gold one up there i was not to fond of. So one day while out yard sailing i came across this light it was brand new. It was silver and i wanted brown so i spray painted it. It turned out pretty good.

Jason about killed him self up there thou. One of the kids turned on the light while he had the wires and it was not pretty.

The boys also added a second story on there fort.

and we took some Holiday pictures. It was a nice break to have such a long weekend and we our all finally feeling better. Ya

Christmas, Pumpkin Muffins, and the Chicken Poxs

We are beginning to deck the halls around here. Our house is smelling like Christmas, we have the mess of decoration's for Christmas. But we are having a great time. We have gotten 3 trees done in the Living room, family room and the office the house decorated and tonight the kids will all have a tree in there rooms and decorated. It feels good to have it done and be able to relax now and enjoy the holidays.

We have had a pretty eventful week, Brielle started in with a fever Monday, I took her to the doctor on Tuesday. He could not find anything wrong except her 103 fever. He said she must have a viral infection. The next day here it came Chicken pox's all over the poor thing. She has had the shot but still got them. Today she has finally got up and about and a little more like herself. Poor thing it has been a fun week.

I got my little reindeer up to the bar this morning and made some yummy muffins I would love to share.

They are super easy. This is all you need.

Mix the cake mixes and pumkin togeater. I added choclete chips because choclete makes everything better. And if you want to add a little pumkin pie spice. I added it but you don't need to.

Grease your muffin tins

Spoon some in and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

They are so good and easy. I like to frost them with Cream Cheese Frosting.

Pomegranate Jelly

Yesterday I spent the morning making pomegranate Jelly. I have a great recipe and I know a few have asked for it. It is super simple. First pick your pomegranates. Next the worse part juice all your pomegranates. Juices around our parts goes for 25.00 dollars a gallon. Here is all I got this year out of ours.

Next put your lids in a pan full of water on low to heat them up

Wash all your bottles and rims.

Take 4 cups of juice and 1 package of pectin

bring to a boil, then add 5 cups of sugar, bring to a boil add 1/2 teaspoon on butter to help with the foam and boil for 2 minutes.

Pour into jars, put the warm lids and rings on them and turn them over so they will seal. Super easy and super yum. I made 6 batches and got 24 pints. I had a gallon of juice left and I froze it. It will freeze for 1 year. We use it to make ice cream that turns out super good.

Veteran's Day Weekend and Aviation Nation

We had a really fun weekend. Thursday we spent the day putting up our Christmas lights. Then on Friday we went to the veteran's day parade.

He was lucky and got to ride in the car, you can see him in the back

Brielle little cheer group also were in the parade, They had too trailers full of a total of 75 girls, Jason pulled one trailer while i sat on one and manged the girls.

The boys took the pictures so i did not get a ton

Then there cheer group performed at our local store Lins Holiday open house

Nothing like 75 girls and there parents in the produce department, craziness says it all.

But Brielle was sure cute.

Friday, Jason sister Brenda and her husband Joel and 5 kids came for the night. We had a blast. Saturday we headed down to Aviation Nation in Las Vegas with them.

We spent the day there and had a ton of fun. Sorry lots of pictures

One of the booths were doing a thing if you did 10 push ups they would give you a free T Shirt. Bridger was the first one to get one then Jason and Brielle also did push ups for shirts to.

Bristol was so good the whole day. She loved running around dancing to the music. She still does not walk to well in shoes.

It was a great day.

Sign's of Thanksgiving

We have been having a pretty fun week. Today the kids start a 4 day weekend. We have a lot of fun plans. This past week we finally got around to picking our pomegranates. We were going to do it a few weeks ago. But Pomegranates love a few cold nights and when i saw it in the forecast i decided to wait. I'm glad i did because they were perfect. Me and Brielle and Bristol set out while the boys were in school and Jason was at work to pick all the trees. We had a fun time.

While I juiced the pomegranates, the kids husked the corn and Baxter took picture's. I will be making jam this weekend and have a great recipe all share.

We built our first fire not that it was that cold but in was fun. We sat and enjoyed Pine nuts and Egg nog around the fire. I love this time of year.

We had a fun Halloween yesterday.

Brielle and Bristol dressed up as Pirates

Boston was the grim reaper,

Bridger was a hunter with a scary mask

Last year we started a tradition with the kids to pull them around on a trailer and take them Trick or Treating it is a lot of fun.

They loaded up there friends and along the way we picked up a bunch more friends

It was a fun night, all our kids are cute. But Brielle and her excitement would win anyone's heart. She was so worn out by the end of the night.

Earlier in the day the kids had some parties to go to. Boston's class I'm the room mom in. Here they are playing pass the eye ball.

While the big boy's are away

They are going to play

Jason, Baxter and Bridger loaded up our 5th wheel this week and headed hunting. Well they got there deer faster then they thought they would. So they decided before heading home they would go exploring.

I started looking at the picture's and about had a stroke.

It amazing what they do when mom is not around.
They found a bunch of old mines and explored.

They had a ton of fun going in the old mines and they went back as far as they dared.

I was going to go but I heard it was going to be really cold and did not think it would be that much fun with the little kids. So we stayed behind and have been having some fun. Today agenda pick 4 tree's of pomegranates and make jam or jelly I'm not sure what it is. Also harvest 5 rows of corn we will be busy and have some fun.

Homecoming, Soccer, Football and a Princess Party

We had quite the full weekend. Friday night was our Homecoming Football game. Baxter being in 8th grade he had a chance to play with the High School band at the game. He had a great time.

Baxter is going to perform at Disneyland in May. He is pretty excited. Jason and I are going as chaperone's. We noticed it was the weekend over Brielle Birthday so we decided to take the whole family to watch him. Should be fun. Disneyland is always my favorite.

The game was great. The Homecoming royalty had one of my Laural's and her cousin who use to be in our ward. Only Brielle's two most favorite babysitters. She loves these girl's and could not believe that her babysitters were real princess. She was so into it.

Saturday came and all I can say was wow. Boston started the day off at 7:30 am with two Soccer games back to back.

and scored his first goal he was so excited. And he also scored a trophy.

we ran home dolled up our little princess and off she went to a untea princess party. She had a blast.

Then a quick trip home to get everything ready for the rest of the day and pick up brielle a little early from her party and we are off to Bridger's soccer game

Bridger did great and scored a few goals. He also got a trophy. And that ended the Soccer season. Yea we made it.

Then after his game we headed right to St. George for Baxter's game. They played at Snow Canyon against Dixie. Bristol was still all smile's considering her crazy day.

The Pirates played the best game I have ever seen them play. There coaches were so proud of them. They played the last game of the season before play offs. They played the un defeated team.

all I can say is we won. And I would also say that Dixie is a bunch of cheaters. There couch has no integrity at all. Our team walked off the Field pretty down when they had honestly won and the coach from the other team lied and said the had made more touch down's than we had. Making the Dixie's team win. Not true everyone was totally upset. Our coach, well he is a great man he just let IT go. After about 5 different things they did to completely cheat he was like you no what at least our team still has there integrity.

Baxters team will still go to the play offs were they are matched to play this team again in there first game. It will be interesting. Our kids said mom we have never seen you get upset with a game. I think it is just the integrity of it all that really bothered me.

I would have to say we have the best team the best coaches and the best number 60 player. I know I need to let it go but it was just so wrong. All the parents were so upset.

Bristol got a few new toys, and a few new clothes and shoes for her birthday. She was loving all the new toys. Her favorite thing of the whole day was when Jason went to the store and brought her back some Balloons. She had so much fun with the balloons. We took them outside when we did her cake and tied them on her high chair and the came lose and floated away. Brielle cried and cried the boys got there BB guns out and try to shoot them down but no luck. But she sure loved them while she had them.

I can not beleive you are one today. It is a happy day and sad day for me. I'm not ready for my baby to be one and turn into a little toddler. You have to be the sweetest little baby around. You melt anyone's heart that you are around. You are truly a huge miracle in our life's. We are so blessed to have you. You were up in heaven and kept trying to tell us time and time again Dad , Mom I'm here just lisen. And when we finnally got it all togeather and listened here you came very fast.

This past weekend

We had a great weekend. It is always good when you have nothing to do at all. No games no nothing. Friday night we took the kids threw MC Donald's for dinner come home and had a little fire and made smores. It was so nice I did not even take any pictures. Saturday morning me and Bridger got up early and went yard sailing. We always have fun when we go. I think we were gone a hour and did not buy a thing. Then we got the kids ready and headed to the Car Show that was in town.

We made a ton of cookies. One of our family favorite thing to do on holidays is make sugar cookies and take them around to neighbors. The kids snuck around the neighborhood leaving the cookies on doorsteps and then running. They had a great time last night.

Pumpkins and Football

Thursday night for Pack meeting we went to a Pumpkin patch. It was fun and cold.

It's funny it has a electric fence around it. They told the kids to be careful or they would get shocked going under it. They kind of forgot to tell them they turned it off. But it was sure cute to see the kids be so careful going under it.

Boston spotted his right away.

Brielle found hers and was so excited. She made me take picture after picture of her.

and had to show everyone.

Saturday Baxter had a game here in Logandale. They played Snow Canyon. It was not there best game. They seemed to fall apart the whole game. The final score Snow canyon 26 Pirates 6. The boys came off the Field with there faces dug into the ground. Like Baxter said you can't win them all.

A cute little smile from Bristol. She was happy here. In the night she got really sick and woke up with 103 fever. She has cried all day long. I keep her home from church while Jason took the other kids. I'm going to take her into the doctor tomorrow. I think she has another ear infection. I can see tubes in her near future. She has had like 5 ear infections in the last 2 months. But at least she was a happy two pigtail girl yesterday.

Baxter hurt his neck real bad this week and has been in and out of the Ciraprator. His coach was trying to protect him yesterday and only let him play offence he usually play defence to. But better to get him healed up then to hurt him more.

Jason worked yesterday and the other two boys stayed home with friends so it was just me and the two girls that enjoyed the game.

Boston in this picture says it all. What were we thinking, way to many things going on and way to busy.

Our morning's around here begin with the lovely sounding alarm at 5:30 am every morning, a quick throw 3 lunch's together and by 6:05 we are headed to Jazz band. By 8:30 Boston is off to school and then it time to get the girl's ready and by 11:00 Brielle is off to school. Only to pick up at 1:00. And don't mind that Jazz band and Preschool is only 10 miles away one way. I feel like I live in the car these days. A quick dinner and homework and off to a few games a few practices a little ballet, scouts and Mutual. It seems every night I have 4 kids all going in a different place. I know these are the days of our life's right now and I'm trying to enjoy the craziness of it all.

This past Saturday Boston had a game. He is so cute out there he is so tiny compared to the kids his age.

He is loving Soccer

Bridger also had a game this Saturday. He plays on a 6 to 8 grade team. They were short one player and the recruited Baxter right after he had just played his football game. Baxter loved it and made 3 goals for there team. He was also a great goal keeper.

Bridger did great. he is a great little player and he won't tell you but he really enjoys Soccer.

Baxter played her in Logandale on Saturday against another Cedar team. We killed them 30 to 0. They also played against Mesquite this week and they won again. His little team is doing great. baxter is number 60.

They were so far ahead this past Saturday they changed Baxter's position and took Baxter off the line and let him run the ball. He made a first down he was so excited.

the girls love going to all the games and just hanging around.

I can not believe how many people come up to me and say I saw you here or there. I have no idea who half of these people are. They see our girls and I guess it makes us stand out a little. They always say we have seen those girls everywhere. I have had like 30 people come up to me lately and said we saw your family at Stake Conference. They want to no everything about the girls. And about our family. It makes me embarrassed. I know people are just trying to be nice. But I guess sometimes I don't like to be noticed. Not saying that bad.

Bristol is way content as long as she has food. I'm really having a hard time this week . I;m not ready for my baby to turn one in two weeks. It makes me sad. She is such a sweet little baby.

Wow 16 years today. Sometimes it really seems so much longer and sometimes just like yesterday.

We have made it threw a lot of fun, happy, good, hard, sad, great times.

Just Busy

Wow what a week. Can you say homework,football,soccer,scouts,Young Women's,Ballet,gymnastics,cheer leading,Preschool lots of practices lots of games and just keeping up with the house life has been way to busy.

I can not believe Brielle is getting so big. She is my little side kick, She is loving that her brothers are back in school and Bristol's nap time. Then she gets lots of attention and fun things to do. She is turning into such a little girl and fast approaching not being a preschooler anymore.

She is loving her new ballet class.

and then there is Bristol always silly and always smiling and never ever full.

Brielle is loving gymnastics, and especially her cheer leading group. I picked her up yesterday and her Cheer leading couch said wow she has got it down she is doing so good.

Football continues, Baxter played in St. George this past weekend at Pine View. Baxter's team won by one point. It was a great game.

Saturday Bridger and Boston also both had Soccer games. They both did a great job. I forgot my camera. I was so mad. Oh well this week I will get some pictures. So Saturday we sat threw 3 soccer games then headed to St. George for Bax's game. It was a long day. But fun.

Here is to another very busy week. Let just hope I don't forget a kid somewhere because it has been my biggest worry this past week with all the running around.

Also Just a quick thing Boston said the other day I thought was super cute.

It was the first day of fall. He woke up and said Mom it is the first day of fall today. He was so excited. I got him ready for school and he said you might what to get my coat it is fall now. It is going to be cold today. I had to have the talk with him that we live in the desert we don't really need coats until DEC. That a lot of the country is ready for them now but not us. It was just pretty funny.

Our Garden is growing. We have sweet potato's, corn and squash growing right now. We have a whole other side of garden in reserve for 6 rolls of peas.

Our baby is finally full after a cup of pasta, a bowl of cereal and a cheese tortia. She is so hard to get full.

Can you believe she is 11 months.

I can not. She is getting close to walking and starting to take a few steps. She loves to shake her head no. She loves to smile. She loves to yell down the stairs calling her brothers and sister all in her own language.

I have started giving Brielle piano lessons. She has got a few songs down. She also started this past week Cheer, Gymnastics, and a new Ballet class. She keeps pretty busy but it is very good for her.

Bridger just started playing the Clarinet. And our house was super quiet tonight between a saxophone a clarinet a recorder and the piano. Bridger and Boston just started Soccer this week. Life is very busy right now.

Baxter being a good big brother and walking with Bristol. Baxter had a football game Saturday night that he played in right after his hunt. He hurt his knee real bad and we think it is broken. We are taking him to a specialist tomorrow to see exactly what is going on with it. I hope it is ok but it is not looking to good.

More Football

Saturday we headed up to Cedar City, Baxter had a game. The weather was so nice and cool.

They won there game 22 to 6.

Cute little Bristol with Jason her poor little yucky nose. She cut all 4 top teeth in the last few days and her nose I can keep clean for anything. But she still is happy.

Baxter's game was great. The first play of the game they ran and made a touch down.

Some of the Cedar guys are pretty big.

My favorite play of the game. Is Baxter is a super good blocker it is very rare that anyone get threw his block. I think the cedar guys had enough of him and 3 of them teamed up on him in a play and all 3 of them picked him up and threw him. He went flying I wish I had it on video because it was pretty cool. Maybe not so much for Baxter but it looked cool.

It also rained on the game. It felt so nice.

Brielle and her 2 cousins. My sister Tiff and her husband and girls live in Cedar so they came and watched the game. Brielle had a blast playing with them. My dad and Step Mom Bernice also came and enjoyed the game with us. It was fun to have them all there.

A good game. Then wee all went out for pizza. A fun day.

Anyone else ready for Fall. I am, It has been so hot this last week here. This morning when I saw the kids off to the bus at 6:20 it was finally a cool morning. It was so nice even no it didn't last long. We have been getting ready the last few days for fall not decorating just having fun.

We got the movie The Worst Witch of Netflix the other day and made Carmel popcorn and watched it. I remember it from when I was a kid. It was one of my favorite movies. We watched it and brielle was way into it. The boys well they made fun of it the whole time. It is not as good as the movie I thought I loved as a kid.

We tried on our little which outfit on Bristol, She did not like it.

Time for school

The boy's headed back to school today. They were pretty excited. It was a pretty quiet day around here.

Boston started 4th grade

he was pretty excited to ride his bike the hole block to school.

Bridger started 6th grade and enjoyed his first day at middle school. i can not believe he is that old already.

Baxter started 8th grade, he is in a size 11 shoe now crazy how big he is getting.

I put up two pictures of him because i can't believe how big he is looking.

These two keep us busy today. Bristol is almost the size of Brielle. Brielle starts back to preschool on Thursday.

Last night we went to Midnight Madness in Mesquite. It is the opening to the first games of Football. Baxter played 4 games and the first one started at 9:40 pm. It was a late night and 9:00 church came a little to early this morning. He played Mesquite, Dixie, Cedar, and Deseret Hills. They did a great job. They had a lot of fun.

They are still waiting on there game jerseys they haven't come yet. So right now there pretty blue.

Baxter plays left guard and nose guard.

See these guy from Dixie hopefully you don't no him. He was huge. Baxter was guarding him. He took a cheap shoot at Baxter. And the kid got taken out in the next play by Bax. I guess if you don't play fair Bax is going to let you know it.

Cheer Camp

Brielle had a blast this week at cheer camp. I think if she could go cheer for 3 hours every morning like she has this week she would just be in heaven.

Yesterday they had a performance for the parents. She did two dances and two cheers. She did a great job. All smiles for her.

I love this picture of these boys. Baxter had football practice during the performance and was told to come inside when he was done to watch his sister dance. Along with half of the football team so they could watch there sisters. But when they finally made it in there it was almost over and the girls there age were dancing. This is the look from all of them Mom you did not tell me there was girls my age in here.

Brielle graduated from Cheer Camp and got her spirit stick

Brielle was so funny threw all of this watching her. I had told Jason how well she was doing . So he went with me to drop her off. We were watching at the door. I could not figure out why she was not doing anything. All of a sudden she came over to us in a sweet little voice and said. Would you please leave. She did not want us watching her. She is a funny girl.

I'm going to start her in a few weeks in a Minnie cheer group. She is so excited.

Soaking in the last days of summer

We are in the last week of summer around here. School starts next week. We are trying to cram a lot in. This summer seemed to go so fast. But i'm ready to get back to my schedule and a few quite days.

The other day while School shopping they had all the pools marked clear down. We had been waiting for them to drop and when they did we took full advantage and picked one up. The kids have been having a blast along with there friends. Especially sense we have broke some records this week in heat.

Bristol is such a little water baby, she loves the water and usually cries when she has to get out.

Brielle has never had any fear.

Bridger did not want his picture taken. He is turning into a little man.

Brielle is in Cheer Camp all week and been loving it. I have a ton of cute picture's I will share at the end of the week. The girl's hand she is holding is Mackenzie. She use to be in our ward. Brielle has loved her ever sense she could walk and would always go sit on her lap during church. Every time she See's her now she runs up and gives her the biggest hug. She also babysits her. She is in heaven this week with Mackenzie by her side. Today was dress up day were they were suppose to dress up crazy if that explains her outfit.

We said goodbye to one of Our elders. Elder Reese. We really liked him a lot. They came over to share Boston Birthday with him and a course have cake. He is the one boston is standing by..

Fun day

Yesterday we headed into Vegas for the day to finish up school shopping.

First stop the mall. We hit a bunch of stores and wandered around a little.

Brielle hit the jackpot, she has been wanting these shoes forever. I've never seen them at a store before just on TV. Me and Brielle spotted them right away. They are called lilly kelli.she has wanted them forever. you could not wipe the smile off her face.

Baxter was way excited to be there

These two too. Bridger is seriously the most picky kid in the world when it comes to picking out clothes and shoes. I don't know what was worse shopping in the mall with 5 kids and husband that worked the night before and got no sleep then trying to pick out a shirt with him.

Bristol is always so excited to be out and about.

We took a little break from shopping and took the kid to Chuckie cheese. Brielle has never been before but has seen the commercials and was so excited. She sat there in amazement that chuckie cheese really was there.

We ate pizza and played a bunch of games.

Boston is the sweetest my loving little guy, he always has been. he is always smiling and happy.

He still and always has been attached to my hip.

I always know were Boston is. He follows me around all day Saying mom mom mom mom.

He loves his little blanket he has ever sense he was born. He still drags it everywhere.

Boston is very very soft spoken. He loves hugs. He loves anything with sugar, Chocolate milk and Lego's. He loves playing with his friends.

He is such a sweet little kid and we our so glad he is part of are family.

A neat weekend

This weekend has been pretty neat. It was our Stake Conference. We had a special speaker coming it was Elder Cook one of the 12 apostles. He did a amazing job. He spoke on sat night to us at the adult session and then at the priesthood session then at the main session. He placed a special blessing over are valley. Our Valley is what we call it has been really hit hard with people losing there jobs and there homes. It is beginning to look in a lot of places like a ghost town. People are moving out by the handful because they can't afford the gas into town. He said in his blessing things will get better and we will be blessed. It was really neat to hear him and his wife speak. I snapped a picture of the kids before going today. Baxter got to sit up on the stand and sing. The aaronic priesthood have been practicing for the last little bit and got to sing a few songs today. They sounded amazing. Even Elder Cook commented on them.

I guess I never have told anyone about are trip down the river and what happened.

Well when we went down the sevier river this summer with the yw the river was really high it was fast and at flood stage. The boat I was on had a pretty new guide

I thought he did a great job and the girls liked the looks of him.

Anyways about half way down the river Jason threw a necklace into us just messing around.

The guide went after it and before we knew it he had floated down the wrong side of the river. we hit a rock and one of the yw flew out of the boat. The look on her face was so sad. A scared to death look as she tried to grab our paddles to get back in she missed all of them. We began to travel down stream and are guide said someone else will have to get her. The boat behind us the last boat came down the river and saw her. There guide said we will not be able to reach her. but with a little determination and some strong hands and loud voices they made it over to her. Here she is getting into there boat.

They likened it today as leave know one behind. That people get lost at times and sometimes they need are help to come back. My take on it is sometimes life throws things at you that you never thought would happen. And threw the help of Heavenly Father and others you can make it threw. They talked a lot about listening to the spirit and were it guides you. How services helps in ways you may never know. I can't tell you how many times when I've had a hard day for what ever reason. I've had a knock at the door with some random person there bringing me cookies or I get a call from someone or a nice email or a nice comment on my blog that just makes my hole day. I think I need to listen sometimes better to the spirit when I'm inspired to call someone or go see them.

Hi guys, It is me Bristol. I'm taking over my mom's blog tonight. You see my mom well she has been feeling a little overwhelmed. Something to do with moving, keeping the house clean, taking care of us kids, Trying to be a good mom, a good wife, just life. So I thought I would share life from my end.

All of a sudden these new gates started to pop up everywhere. I'm not to happy about them. I've tried everything and I just can't get threw. But I will be happy to give you a smile and a wave..

I've been watching and I know you have to do something up here.

I've really been a big daddy's girl lately. I follow him everywhere.

He even had a crispy cream donuts tonight

I had a really sad day yesterday. My parents decided it was time to empty our two storage units. I was not happy, First it was hot then I was in my too small car seat then I wanted my crib to take a nap. And worsted of all look at my hair. I'm calling it child abuse

but they did get one completely cleaned out and one more almost cleaned out.

I'm sure we will all be happy when this move finally gets over. It seems like it is taking forever.

Then even worse my big sister stole my sunglasses from me. And she was even smiling about it.

So if anyone knows how to break down all these new gates, I will give you a cute smile and eat anything that you will offer me. By the way my mom and dad went to the temple today and my mom had a little break she is doing much better. In the next few weeks she will have a little less pink carpet here, A little less gold lights and a few new appliances. And she should have the house all in order and will be posting some pictures.

until then we will all be singing la la la la sing the whole day long after seeing the smurf movie yesterday. If you have not seen it you should it is very good.

I had a few hours on my hands so I straighten Brielles hair. Let me refraze that Brielle has drove me nuts for weeks months years she wants her hair straight like all of her friends like Rapunzel's. She does not understand why hers is so curly. I tell her everyday how lucky she is to have the hair she does. She loves when I straighten it. But it takes like two hours. and it still does not go all the way straight. But it keeps her happy for a short time.

Football season has officially started. Baxter and his friend, I caught them drinking pop the other day. It is off limits while playing Football. So i had to snap a picture. Don't you just love the two pans of tator tots yes the ate them all. I'm starting to feel like I have a few more men in the house and not boys.

Did I mention Baxter is playing 8th grade football this year that means next year at this time he will be playing freshmen football. Am I really that old.

We have been working in our garden and getting it ready for the fall garden. We will be planting corn and squash this week. We had to till it all up and pull out all the watermelon vines here is just 1/4 of the vines. we have like 50 watermelon right now.

I don't know what Brielle was doing with tools in her hands. I'm sure she was up to no good

Bristol is good as long as she can see what is going on. She is always so sweet

Lately

Lately we have had a lot going on. Last week pretty much just sucked. I honestly can't think of a better word then that. We got mostly moved. Just two storage units to go and cleaning the last place. Did i mention it has been so hot. Moving when it is hot is not fun at all. Jason back is done and not just a little, My back well i did something to it during the move and I spent Sunday evening visiting the chiropractor. Very nice of him to take care of me on Sunday. I'm pretty much down for a few days.

I know in a week or so everything will be put away and things will be back to normal again. It is just hard to see right now. I hate moving and I hope this is the last move for a very long time we have to make.

I also would like to mention that I love our new home. Love it. It has so much room. Something we have been lacking on for a while now. I smile every time I get up and have been loving cleaning and putting things away.

Bristol has been enjoying her new room. We finally moved her out of our room and in her own room and crib she goes. The funny thing is. She has slept threw the night ever since. I should of done that along time ago.

Something I would like to remind myself never to do ever again is refinish Kitchen cabinets. Never again. It took me so long. They did turn out pretty good. But i don't know if it was worth it. The cabinets were already white. But they were 40 years old. They had redid them once but they needed to be done again. So I refinished 48 doors and drawers. I don't know what I was thinking

The kids have been having a blast playing on the stairs. Bristol has even mastered climbing up them. I'm looking for some safety gates for my stairs if any one has any suggestions on some good ones i would love to here about them.

The Elders came over on Saturday to help with a few things. Number 1 Jason safe. It is so heavy. it always takes a lot of hands to move that thing.

We also had this shade we had bought for the place we were renting. We decided we would take it with us. mostly because it is so hot were we live and it is great shade for everything. So with some help up it went on the trailer.

A early 5am morning trip to our new house to avoid any traffic and there we have it a great shade.

Here is a little look at the kitchen cabinets and how they turned out. Once i get my kitchen all together I will post some pictures. We changed all the hinges and knobs from bright gold to brown. Much better.

Bristol enjoyed her first peanut butter and jelly sand which. I know your suppose to wait until there one to try peanut butter but i figured she is the size of a 2 year old it will be ok. She ate the whole thing. She loved it and then wanted more. What a mess she made.

Brielle has had her little friend over to play and they were princess today having a chip and water party. Because tea is bad for you they said. There conversation today. Monroe do you like boys? yes she said Brielle do you like boys? Yes I'm going to get married when I'm 50 my dad said and then I can have 5 kids won't that be so fun.

So after a long tired week we are just like brielle today. Tired and in a mess. Everyone has been asking for pictures of the house I will post them as soon as i get things put away and together.

A little update

So life has been way to busy lately. We have been putting in some really long days and nights. Last week we helped the people that we are moving into there home move out. Then we moved some of our stuff in. Then the work begin. We have been painting and bead boarding and redoing cabinets. We should be done with painting by tomorrow and Thurs we will Be moving all the way in threw out the weekend. It is going to be a long week and has already been a long 2 weeks. My mom came for the weekend and was such a life saver. She keep the kids so we could paint and put up bead board. She also did my laundry and packed up a lot of our house and she even made me new curtains for our new kitchen. Aren't mom's the best.

Well in the mist of the craziness we have also had a lot of things going on I wanted to share. Baxter had a great time at scout camp. He also is staying really busy working for people. He seems to be the favorite handyman for anyone over 50 and they use him a lot.

Boston received his leave no trace behind award along with finishing his whole wolf book. He will be going in to bears in a few weeks. All 3 boys have finished there wolf book completely.
At pack meeting they made boats and floated them. They had a blast. It was so hot that day. So they had some fun things to get wet with.

Summer morning come pretty early around here. Baxter has been meeting all the missionary's at the park at 6.00 in the morning and been playing ultimate Frisbee with them He has been loving it.

The kids have been keeping Bristol entertained so we can work. They keep trapping her down in the basement. She has not learned to climb up yet. Good for me.

Bristol also turned 9 months. That is crazy. A few new things she likes to do is. Clap, wave bye bye and say Dada. And hide she is so fast and never stops. Here she is in this picture wondering if she is ever going to have her moms full attention again.

Brielle has been enjoying a lot of time with her friends. Her friend Monroe she just loves. She has been going swimming a lot with her.

It has been really nice because it keeps her busy while we are busy.

Her friends mom sent me some picture's from the other day of the girl's. They have so much fun together. And even better they soon will be neighbors. Brielle is going to love it.

A few things we have been doing

We have been pretty busy lately. We have been spending a lot of time packing and painting and just staying really busy. Baxter has a few people he has been working for and been making some pretty good money. Bridger started a weed pulling business about 6 months ago, with one of his friends and has been making good money also. They even hired Boston part time. So they have been keeping pretty busy. Jason and Baxter left for scout camp on Monday for the week. So me and the 4 younger kids have been keeping ourselves busy this week. Yesterday I got a babysitter for the kids and took the Elders down to Vegas for transfers. I almost always take them. Every six weeks they have transfers. I love taking them it is a lot of fun. I knew I was going to be gone all day so I took Bristol then I knew the baby sitter would be in good shape.

Bristol had so much fun playing at the church. If you look closely you can see her two new teeth she just cut.

There was a little boy there that was 13 months. They had so much fun crawling around with each other. He kept crawling over and giving her hugs. She did not know what to think.

Bristol is getting so big and now weighs 25 pounds at 8 months. Brielle is 4 and weighs 27 pounds. I'm wondering if they make baby slim fast. Totally kidding but she is a lot to pack around. She loves pulling herself up on the couch and walking around it. But the only problem is she can't figure out how to get down so she will just sit there and scream.

We have been pretty home bound lately, It so hot outside and we been so busy packing. I decided today we needed a outing. We took a trip to the library and the kids all got there own library cards. Boston was so excited.

Our forth of July fun

Yesterday we had a great forth of July. Our little town does things all day long. They start with a flag ceremony and then a free breakfast. Then our kids favorite part the Candy drop. They use to drop candy from little planes and they realized it was a little dangerous. So now they shoot the candy out of cannons.

It was such a nice morning. It was cool outside which is not normal at all for us. The boys found there friends and were having fun.

We made a hole bunch of flag cookies. We took them to a ton of people and some even made it to Jason Fire Station. Jason worked yesterday so tonight we will be doing are fireworks and dinner fun.
Last night me and the kids went to our new house and watched the town fireworks with the people that live there and had root beer floats. it was way fun. They we will be out in three weeks and we will be moving in.

Swimming,Painting, and Boxing

We have been having a lot of fun lately. The boys have been spending almost everyday at the pool. Here is Bridger and his friends one day at the pool. They ride there bikes down to the pool and stay all day. They love it.

We took Bristol swimming the other day and she loved the pool. She did not want to get out. Only happy smiles for her.

Brielle is so funny she just wants to fit in with Bridger and his friends. She thinks she is as big as them.

Bridger's friends are always so good to her. Sometimes ok always it concerns Jason

Boston, is slowly conquering his fear of water. He was finally doing better this year. Then the other day he went to a Birthday Party. i just dropped him off. It was a swimming party. One of the other kids playing around pushed him into the deep end. There were no parents outside. One of the kids had to dive in and save him. It scared him to death. He went in and told the mom and after that she stayed out with them. I should of went in and told her when I dropped him off that he could not swim. But I thought they would realise that not all 8 year olds can swim. I felt really bad so did she. So back on the life vest for Boston. And another panic for me.

We closed last week on our new home. Yea we can not wait to move in. The people we bought it from the lady just finished treatment for breast cancer. They have asked us for some time to get out so she can recover. But they have been so nice and have been clearing the house out as fast as they can. They got most of the kids rooms cleared out and they told us that we could come in and do what ever we wanted to them. So the kids picked their paint colors and yesterday we spent the day painting. Bridger and Boston picked blue.

We got both of there rooms completely done and now we can move on to the girls. Bridger and Boston are the only ones that have to share which will be nice. I told them as soon as Bristol gets bigger all move her in with Brielle and they can have there own rooms. But there pretty fine with sharing.

She thinks she is hilarious. She is so fast right now. Trying to keep up with her makes me tired. We have two sets of stairs in the new house that we will have to really watch her good with.

There rooms turned out great. Hopefully in the next few weeks we can get everything boxed up and moved.

Summer Fun List

A few of my friends have made these lists and I thought they would be fun to do. We sat down as a family and everyone put there input in. I told them all remember they have to be reasonable things to do. We will try to make it all the way down the list by the end of the summer. Everyday we can pick a few new things to do. It should be a lot of fun.

Summer Days

Well summer is off and in full swing around here. We made it threw girls camp. We had a blast. The weather was super nice. It was a little different year. It was ward camp and not with the stake. It was pretty fun just to be with our ward. We spent the week in Maryvale Utah. It is super pretty up there. One night we had scheduled to go to the manti pageant. I thought it would be pretty fun. Earlier that day i was braided some of the girls hair. I came across some bugs in there hair. I had a leader come over to look and sure enough she had lice and same with her twin sister. So it put a little Holt on the plans for manti. One of the priesthood took all there stuff and washed it and the girls got a lice treatment. That would have to be the only bad in the trip. My favorite was the trip down the river. Here we are all ready to go.

It was so much fun. I have not laughed that hard for ever. The river was super high. They said they have not seen it this high in 16 years. It made it even funner.

I would recommend this to all.

Here we all are just about to head home. Jason was taking the picture. We had a blast.

The kids started swim lesson yesterday. Boston and Brielle are in the same class. Boston is scared to death of the water and Brielle has no fear. So the same class kinda of evens them out. Yesterday i had the scare of my life. My stomach still hurts. Brielle teacher had his head turned and did not see brielle. She stepped into the deep end and away she went. He never saw her. I ran across the pool yelling as all the parents were yelling at him. We got her out and she was OK. But it really scared me.

Boston really surprised me this year and is loving the water.

Bristol has gone from I will crawl when I want to. Whats, really the hurry. Too full on out of control. She is fully mobile. And pretty proud of her self. She just turned 8 months and is 22 pounds. I love the age she is . She is so much fun.

She has been pulling herself up on everything lately. And she will walk around if you hold her hands. I ready for her to stay little. I don't want her to get to big to fast.

So far we have been so busy this summer. I've had my friends 3 kids for a few days. That makes a total of 8 kids in the house. Our house has been pretty crazy the last few days. But we have had a lot of fun.

Well the bags are just about packed and we are off headed to Girl's Camp. The boys are headed to Grandmas and Grandpas and the girls are headed to Aunt Jill's and Uncles Ben's. We are headed to Marysvale UT. Off to brave the Sevier river by raft. And enjoy the Young women. See ya next week. Hope everyone has a great week.

It's Summertime

Yesterday was the last day of school. Yea here comes maybe a day or two of sleeping in. (Maybe) Yesterday we took 4 of the Elders plus all our kids and a few of there friends and headed out to the Valley of Fire.

We have two Elders from Texas one from New York and one from North Carolina here. We love spending time with them. The kids always have a blast when they are around.

Jason was looking at something and didn't know i was taking the picture. But as soon as Bristol saw the camera here came her smiles. I thought this was a cute picture of her.

Valley of Fire is such a pretty place. If you haven't been there you should go at least once. It was pretty warm yesterday.

We ran across some foreigners from Germany. apparently they don't understand your not suppose to park in the heavy sand. They were very stuck. Jason hooked on to them with a rope.

and here came the Elders. Now I know why we keep these guys around. The people were very thankful for the help. The Elders gave them a Book of Mormon. They seemed excited about it. They had all wrote there testimony's in it.

Next stop Geo cashing in the Vally of Fire. The elders are hooked and love to go. They always leave Book of Mormons behind in the Treasures they find.

House Hunting

Over the last 6 months or so we have been looking for a new house to buy. We have looked and looked at a ton of homes. We live in a pretty small town and there were options but not a ton of what we were looking for. The very first house we looked at I feel in love with. it was a great price and it was huge. Pretty much my dream home. It was in a new subdivision that had just went bankrupt. It scared us a little because there was a lot of problems with the subdivision that would latter cost us a lot of money. I was pretty upset with this house that it was not going to work out, I begged Jason. But in the end after much praying we knew this was not the home for us. But here are a few pictures of the home.

we looked at a ton of homes but there were 3 that we liked the most. 3 that we needed to decide on. The second home was the biggest it was huge plus huge. I walked in and lost Jason. He wanted this house he loved it. I had a huge knot in my stomach the hole time we were in this house looking. It was really nice but something was not right. We fasted and prayed about it. And we just did not feel right about it. The house was pretty but not right for us. Here are a few pictures. Love the stairs case.

all 3 homes were the same price. So it was not the price we were looking at but what was best for us. There was a home in our ward that was for sale. I had drove by it many times and new the couple that lived there pretty well. i gave them a call one day and asked if we could come see. Ye please come over. They seriously are the nicest couple ever. We walked into the house and we new right away this was the home for us. The feeling in the house was amazing. And the home could not be more perfect. the home is 40 year old. The family has done so much to it. They have lived there the hole 40 years and have loved there home. They have done a ton of work to it. It looks brand new. it has 3 stories, 5 bedrooms 3 baths, a office a dinning room two storage rooms and two family room plus a living room. A shop for Jason and a wonderful yard. They gave us a great deal on the home. We will be closing on the 24 of June on the home. But we will not be moving in for a few months after. They wanted to take sometime to get out of it, And we are fine with that. here are a few pictures of the home. I need to take some more but I will latter. We have a lot of plans for the home too. I love the age of the home and the porches.

I was going threw things tonight preparing for my Young Women lesson for tomorrow. It is on repentance. There is so much that you can do with repentance. I studied all different directions and picked what I thought would be the best for the girls to hear. I was reading about forgiving ourselves when we have fully repented. And forgiving others when they have wronged you. I think i have learned a lot from this lesson and I'm glad it was my week to teach. I found this cool video to show the girls and I thought I would share.

Yesterday

Yesterday we had a pretty fun day. We got to keep our two nieces for the night. Brielle loves having them in town. We went to Bridger's talent show at school. They loved it.

Bristol was also happy to be there.

Bridger and 3 of his friends did a little skit it was pretty funny. For some reason my camera was taking blurry pictures and this was the best I got.

Latter in the evening we headed to the las Vegas Airport. A little over a week earlier i had dropped Holden and Kimbers parents off there. They were headed to the Caribbean for Ben's Graduation from Medical school.
