I just found out threw Lds family services there is some children in need of adoption. They are so cute. I think my hands are full at the moment but I know a lot of people that read my Blog are looking to adopt. If you clink on FSA on my blog list it will take you to them. It worth checking out.
My sister Tiff got married this weekend up in Utah. Its was a ton of fun. My other sister came from Oregon and we had a blast. She married the nicest guy and we our so happy for him to join our family.
My brother Beau and his wife Stef and my cute little niece Ava. No they only wish this little one was there. It looks pretty natural guys hint hint
My two nieces Cadence and Maddie wondering if this day was ever going to end.
Jason teaching our little niece Maddie some good manners.
I know I have been bad at updating my blog lately. I thought I would update everyone on how Jason is doing. I have a lot of people wondering. Well Jason is doing a little better he is up wandering around but not for to long. He went back to the doctor this last week and he told him he would see him in 4 more weeks to decide if he was strong enough to go back to lite duty. That means he already been home for going on 6 weeks total and now another 4. The doctor said he is right were he is suppose to be. So I'm hoping he gets to go back in four weeks to lite duty. Or I might go crazy. He started physical therapy yesterday and is in a lot more pain now. So I guess we will just see what happens. He did decide that it is better for him not to take any pain meds so he can drive. Better then me driving him. Lol
This is so fun. I found this really cool website it is called geocaching.com. Its were you find hidden treasures all over the world. You just type in your zip code and away you go. There are over 800 just in Logandale. I took my scouts today and then me and Bridger went and found two more today. So we have found a total of 3 . With many more to find. I love it . It free you get great exercise and its a ton of fun.
I was going threw some pictures last night and found a few I wanted to post and never got to it. So I figured because we really won't be going anywhere for awhile, while we wait for Jason to get stronger, I would post a few things we have been doing in the last few months.
We went to this fun adoption breakfast in Las Vegas. It is were people that have adopted and are waiting to adopt get together it was really fun. The boys had a blast pulling the hand cart around.
This day we took the kids down to the bodies exhibit in Las Vegas it is in the Luxor hotel it shaped like a pyramid. Bridger has wanted to go in there ever science he was little. The bodies exhibit was quite interesting. I was grossed out the whole time. I think the kids joined me. Jason of course was totally amazed. We took the kids to the rain forest cafe to eat/ It was such a fun place, Boston is pictured with his dessert. It was way cool.
Brielle loves to help Jason sort and load bullets,I'm not quite sure if he likes it as much as her.
This is Brielle new bed. I haven't let here sleep in it until the side rails I ordered for it comes. She does not know what to think about it. My mom and sister wanted pictures of it so here it is.
As for Jason he is still in alot of pain and can't find a comfortable postion. His right leg is completly numb. I guess that takes some time to go away. It can be anywhere from 6 weeks to two years. I hopeing soon. I keep finding him in these weird postions so I had to take a picture. He does not care if I post it.
Brielle here, I've been thinking that I need to take my moms blog over again. I just wanted to let everyone no that I have been very neglect. Just look at me. I swear its way past my dads 6 day and there he lays still on the couch and not at work. I haven't seen my mom in days. She is way to busy taking care of everyone. The biggest problem I'm having is my nice cozy crib I use to sleep in is no longer there. I guess my friend Cannon new little sister he is getting is going to be enjoying it. Boy is he in for it. Not to be the baby any more. Every time I hear my parents talk about adopting another baby. I am sure I act my worse that day. Just to make sure I will always be the baby. I have a cool new bed that I'm sure my mom will put pictures up when she gets it all together. So meanwhile I will still be going around totally confused.
P.s If anyone has seen that hair dresser I used to have let me know.
Before surgery After surgery Jason's surgery was successful. He is home and sleeping at the moment. His doctor said it was way worse then he thought. He said he will not be able to do any heavy lifting for 4-5 months that means he will not be able to return to work full time until then. He did say that he hopefully will be able to return to light duty in 6-8 weeks. Where he will be at the training center. He was in a lot of pain coming out of surgery and I hope we have gotten on top of it. I did not really understand the seriousness of the surgery until today. It was a very complicated surgery and very risky. I'm very thankful that everything went ok. So meanwhile Jason will be getting lots of rest. And thank you to my great sister in law Jill for coming and keeping the kids so I could spend the time I needed at the hospital. She has been such a lifesaver. I will keep you posted on how he is doing.
