Bristol is six months

Wow can she really be 6 months. That went so fast. I guess when your sleep deprived times go by fast. Bristol has grown so much. She is 18 pounds and 28 inch's long. She is in the 95 percentile for height and weight. The doctor calls her very healthy.

For the past month she has been crawling. All at her own speed and only when she wants to. She is super laid back and always happy. She loves her feet.
She has been a little sick this past week. I think she has the bug we all have right now. She is such a sweet little baby.
She is sitting very well by herself now. I ordered her a new car seat yesterday. She has out grown her infant one.
She is always drooling and always wet, I always keep a bib on her and go threw a few a day. She has a busy month ahead of her. We are going to court to finalize her adoption. She will finally get to be blessed and we get to take her to the temple to seal her to us. With Brielle we sealed her to us in the St. George temple. This time we are going to do it a little different. We are going to take Bristol to the the Vegas temple to do it. Mostly because it is the temple we always go to and we thought it would be fun for the kids to experience both temples because they will get to go with us in the temple. We will keep you posted with dates and times soon to come. One more big thing she has is until she is 3 we will have visits with her birth mom every six months. So that is coming up this month. Something i did not want but was pretty much pushed into right before we signed to bring her home. It is ok, It just going to be different then with brielle.

So we let the kids talk us in to 13 chickens, 2 ducks and 2 geese they were Jason idea. They sure are cute right now and the kids are loving them.

I guess its time to build a cage before they get any bigger.

More Fair

Well this will be the last photos of the fair. I know i posted a ton. But I use our family blog as a scrapbook and I wanted to include all these pictures. So bare with me.

Here is one of the few picture's i got of Bristol. It was just so cold and i tried to keep her all bundled up warm.
Brielle loved this spider. She asked the man if she could take it home.
Bristol was eyeing my Diet coke.
Brielle loved these bubble things. She did them a few times.

Boston loves jumping and can go really high.
 Boston is just cute
This is the night we went to the rodeo. It was so cold. My mom ended up not going and taking Bridger, Boston and Bristol home to watch them. Jason and I and Baxter and Brielle braved the cold.
Grandma was sure fun to have at the fair with us.
I did not get many pictures of Bridger either. He was off with his friends the hole time.
Bristol loves Baxter. If he walks into the room and talks she looks everywhere for him. This day at the fair we just got inside this tent and it Begin to pour hard. So we were stuck in there for awhile. Baxter took Bristol and played with her. I think these pictures are just Sweet of Baxter showing what a good brother he is.

Well until next year hopefully it will be warmer.

Rides

The kids favorite thing at the fair is the rides. Thursday I always buy them all day passes. Mostly because that is the day its not busy. So they have a ton of time on the rides.

Here is Bridger with his two friends Josh and McKay

The Yo Yo was his favorite ride this year
Boston loved the roller coaster. He went on it about 20 times in a roll. There was no line so he was taking full advantage.

 Brielle was pretty excited
Jason had fun at the games and rang the bell every time

 He won Brielle the beast
Brielle loved her camel ride. None of the boys wanted to go with her. So I went to go with her and this is what happened
They told me this little boy could go with her. I was happy because I really did not want to go. And brielle well check out her face she was so excited to be able to ride with this little boy.
She talked to him the hole time. I don't think he said a word to her. But she was sure she found a new best friend.

Brielle had so much fun on the camels she begged to go on the horses. It was a 9 minute ride that went in circles. Every time she came around by us she would give a smile and a wave.
 again
 again
 again
She loved it. Well I still have 1 maybe 2 more posts to do on the fair. More to come..........................

Ribbons

Bridger and Boston and Brielle all entered things in the fair this year. Boston and Brielle entered there birds. They were pretty excited, they were the only birds in the fair. When we dropped them off the people told them they will get a big ribbon. So Thursday morning first stop we went and checked the birds. There was no ribbon but there was this white one laying by it so we thought it was ours. So the kids were happy posed for a picture with it. Latter that afternoon we went and checked on the birds to make sure they were ok. The ribbon was gone and tapped to another animal. I thought it was weird. So the next day still no ribbons on them, but everything else had a ribbon. I kindly asked the lady, did the birds not get judged. She said they did not no what to do with them. I said well all the animals all get a a green ribbon don't they. She said yes. So by day 3 they finally gave them a green ribbon. So yesterday when Jason and I went to pick them up I asked the guy in charge about it. He said the judges left and never judged them for some reason. They should of had a huge ribbon and he apologized. I told him it was ok but just sad for my 8 and 3 year old that had to ask for even a participation ribbon. They did not understand. Jason pretty much had to drag me away from the guy. Yes maybe I freaked out a little. But I felt bad for my kids.

Other then that the kids did great at the fair

Bridger brought home a lot of ribbons, He was at school when i took his stuff up to the fair to enter it in. I thought he had told me to enter all the drawing he had in the pile. So I did. I thought they were good. He got up to the fair and said mom you enter these I'm not even done with those ones. So he was upset with me and then he was even more upset when he got a white and red ribbon instead of blue. He said mom if they would of been done my ribbons would of been blue. I told him it is ok not to get a blue ribbon every time.

Bridger won 2nd best of class on this. He made it out of clay and the painted it.
Boston was pretty proud and brought home quite a lot of ribbons.
He made this Volcano out of clay and painted it.
he also made this pouch out of leather
Brielle as you can tell is pretty proud of herself and her ribbons
She made this little nest and eggs out of clay and painted them. She did this all by herself. I thought pretty good for a 3 year old.
I decided at the last minute to enter some bows just for fun. I got all blue ribbons. Pretty good for fun.
More to come, told you I took a lot of pictures.........................................................
